- The Samoa Water Authority (SWA), hereinafter called the Principal, is streamlining its procurement of Minor Works (specifically small-scale submain installation) for its water supply networks in Rural and Urban Upolu. These small-scale works have normally been carried out in-house by the Authority’s Operations divisions.
- The Authority would like to invite interested Contractors to submit an application to prequalify under a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement to perform Minor Works (small scale frequent works) for a Framework period of 12 months.

- The deadline for application submission is 11:00am (local Samoan time) on Monday 14th September 2026. Contractors must provide one (1) original + three (3) copies by the submission deadline in a sealed envelope at the marked submission box addressed as follows:
