- The Samoa Water Authority (SWA), hereinafter called the Principal, invites sealed quotes from eligible and qualified bidders for the hire of operated machinery on a 12-month basis contract term, for Upolu (Urban and Rural Service Area) and Savaii.

- The deadline for submission is 11:00am on Monday 22 June 2026
- All quotations must attach supporting documents in accordance with the requirements of the RFQ Document. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the marked submission box addressed/delivered to:
