The Samoa Water Authority (SWA), hereinafter called the Principal, invites sealed quotes from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of the above-mentioned minor services contract.

A compulsory site visit with the Principal is scheduled to take place on Thursday 24th September 2026 at 10:00am, meeting point at the SWA Head Office, Level 2, Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi (TATTE) Building, Savalalo, APIA.
The deadline for quotation submission is 11:00am (local Samoa time) on Monday 05th October 2026, unless otherwise extended by the Principal. All bidders shall submit only one (1) quotation. Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the marked submission box addressed /delivered to:

Electronic submissions will not be accepted, and late submissions will not be considered.
