REQUEST FOR TENDER
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SAMOA WATER AUTHORITY VAITELE HEADQUATERS
RE-TENDER (Reference: SWA-U39W/2023)
- The Government of Samoa by and through the Samoa Water Authority (“SWA”) hereinafter called the Principal, intends to apply funds received through the Government of Samoa to procure Construction of the Samoa Water Authority Headquarters at Vaitele.
The broad objectives of this assignment are to:
- build two (2) new buildings at Vaitele in order to provide a new workplace and working environments for SWA staff. Construction of each of the buildings must be to the same quality in terms of finishing and the use of approved materials.
- remove or demolish of part of an existing warehouse, along with roadworks and general earthworks.
- carry out all works specified herein, in compliance with Technical Specifications, Architectural Drawings, Building Services Drawings, Civil Drawings and Structural Drawings.

- The Principal now invites Proposals from a duly qualified builders/construction companies/organization for the abovementioned works. The Contractor will be selected and engaged in accordance with the ‘Guidelines for Government Procurement and Contracting; Consulting Services 2014’ which are available online mof.gov.ws
- A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at the Samoa Water Authority Vaitele Office at 10.00am on Thursday 24th August 2023.
- The deadline for submission is 4.00pm local Samoan time on Monday 25th September 2023. Proposals/submission must be submitted to: Secretary Tender’s Board, 4th Floor, Ministry of Finance, Central Bank of Samoa Building, Apia, Samoa.
