1. The Samoa Water Authority (SWA), hereinafter called the Principal, invites sealed quotes from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of Moamoa Fou chambers, minor works contract.

2. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document may be downloaded here.
3. A compulsory site visit with the Principal is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 09th July 2025 at 10:00am meeting point at the Principal’s Head Office, Level 2 Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi Building (TATTE), Savalalo, APIA.
Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the site visit in order to gauge the condition of the sites in preparation of their quotation. Failure to attend the site visit AND indicate attendance by signing the attendance register will result in automatic disqualification.
4. The deadline for quotation submission is 11:00am (local Samoan time) on Wednesday 16th July 2025, unless otherwise extended by the Principal. All bidders shall submit only one (1) quotation. Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the marked submission box addressed / delivered to:
