The Samoa Water Authority as the Principal issues this Addendum No. 1 to amend the Request for Quotation Document (RFQ) titled “Maintenance of Samoa Water Authority Facility Compounds
2025 & 2027.” as follows:
- Part 1: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FORM – SUBMISSION DEADLINE
In relation to the submission deadline for quotations the instruction has been amended as follows:- The submission deadline for quotations is now moved to Tuesday, 5th November 2024 at 11:00am
- Part 2: INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS – 7. Submission of Bids/Quotation (c.)
In relation to the Submission of Bids/Quotations, the following instruction has been amended as follows:- Quotations shall be submitted and addressed to the Secretary of Tenders Board, Ministry of Finance, 4th Floor, Central Bank Building, Beach Road, APIA, no later than the Submission Deadline.
This Addendum No. 1 now replaces/supersedes the above Parts of the RFQ Document. All other information but for the information amended by this addendum in the Bidding Document remain unchanged.
This Addendum is issued this Wednesday 30th October 2024.
