REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS:
SAMALAEULU-MAUGA WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM – PACKAGE 2
Bid No: SWA-S23/2024
- The Government of Samoa through the Samoa Water Authority (“the Principal”) intends to apply funds received for the Samalaeulu-Mauga Water Supply System-Package 2 works contract. The Principal invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible bidders for these works.
- SCOPE OF WORKS
The works consists of the installation of approximately 6 km of pipeline. Details of the works are provided in the Bill of Quantities and the Technical Specification of the SBD.
- COMPULSORY PRE-TENDER MEETING & SITE VISIT:
A compulsory pre-bid meeting will be held at SWA Salelologa Office in Savaii, at 10:00am (Samoa local time) Wednesday 13th November 2024 at 10:00am, followed by a compulsory site visit. Attendance at both the site visit and the pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit AND indicate attendance by signing the attendance registers will result in automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
- BID SUBMISSION:
Bid will close at 11.00am (Samoa local time) on Monday 25th November 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form and amount specified in the SBD. The tender must be deposited in the marked tender box located at the Ministry of Finance Office, Level 4, Central Bank of Samoa Building, and addressed in accordance with the “Instructions to Bidders” of the SBD.
Bids may also be submitted electronically via the Ministry of Finance Tender’s Link Portal www.tenderlink.com\mof_samoa . Bidders who submit electronically do not need to submit hardcopies.
Late bids will not be considered.
