REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

REINSTATEMENT OF ROAD RESERVE

Reference: SWA-U20W/2023

1. The Samoa Water Authority (SWA), hereinafter called the Principal, invites sealed quotes from eligible and qualified tenderers for the Reinstatement of Road Reserves (Vaitele Submains)
2. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document Downloads
   • RFQ Document – SWA-U20W-2023 Reinstatement of Road Reserve (Vaitele Submain)
   • A compulsory site visit with the Principal is scheduled to take place at 10:00am on Tuesday 24^th October 2023, meeting point at the SWA Office Vaitele.
   • Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the site visit in order to gauge the condition of the sites in preparation of their quotation. Failure to attend the site visit AND indicate attendance by signing the attendance register will result in automatic disqualification.
3. The deadline for quotation submission is 11:00am (local Samoan time) on Tuesday 07^th November 2023, unless otherwise extended by the Principal. All bidders shall provide one (1) original + three (3) copies. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the marked submission box addressed / delivered to:

     SAVALALO

4. Electronic submission will not be accepted and late submissions will not be considered unless otherwise determined by the Principal.
