Maintenance of Samoa Water Authority Facility Compounds 2024 – UPOLU & SAVAII

- The Samoa Water Authority (SWA), hereinafter called the Principal, invites interested lawn mowing firms/companies/individuals to submit Quotations for the Maintenance of Samoa Water Authority Facility Compounds” minor general services contract.
- COMPULSORY PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISIT
A compulsory Pre-Bid meeting & Site Visit with the Principal is scheduled to take place as follows:

Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visits are COMPULSORY. Failure to attend and indicated attendance by signing the attendance register, will result in automatic disqualification.
A bidder is exempt from attending the compulsory site visit if confirmed by the Principal to have attended the site visit from the previous year.
- TRANSPORTATION FOR SITE VISITS
Interested Bidders are requested to contact the Authority by Monday 6th November 2023 for arrangement of transportation for the Site Visits.
A fee of $50.00 will be charged for transportation provided by the Authority otherwise interested bidders are to provide their own transportation.
- TENDER DOCUMENT (two options offered)
The tender document can be Uplifted from the Procurement Unit, SWA Main Office TATTE Building Level 2, Savalalo. A fee of $20.00 will be charged for administrative expenses.

- Bidders shall submit only one Bid/Quotation (1 Original & 3 Copies). All Quotations are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to: The Managing Director, Samoa Water Authority, 2nd Floor Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi Building, SAVALALO. Quotations must be submitted no later than 11:00am Monday 20th November 2023
- Electronic and late submissions will not be considered
